Shipping policy

We know, we know you can't wait to have your Romparound in hand and to wear it all day everyday. We promise, we're always trying to get you your orders as quick as possible. Please see our shipping policy below.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Standard shipping is free with your purchase over $75 after any discounts have been applied and $5.00 for all other purchases. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has shipped out.

You can also select expedited shipping for $15.00, and have your package arrive within 3-5 business days after your order has shipped out.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to increased customer demand, unexpected operational issues, weather, etc.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Romparound ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Romparound is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Romparound is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
