What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the tags still on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, send us an email with your order number and request at returns@goromparound.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to exchange or receive a refund minus any shipping fees on your original order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

We know you can't wait to have your Romparound in hand and to wear it all day, everyday. We promise, we're always trying to get you your orders as quickly as possible. Please see our shipping policy below.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Standard shipping is free with your purchase over $85 after any discounts have been applied and $5.00 for all other purchases. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has shipped out.

You can also select expedited shipping for $15.00, and have your package arrive within 2-3 business days after your order has shipped out.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to increased customer demand, unexpected operational issues, weather, etc.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Romparound ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Romparound is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Romparound is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we're only shipping within the United States. We hope to ship internationally soon!
